Opened in August 2022, Les Gourmets Cuisine is a Congolese and Afro-Caribbean restaurant proudly owned and led by
Chef Christelle Muanza. Located in the heart of Downtown Champaign, we bring you authentic, home-cooked flavors with a bold and delicious twist.

 

Chef Christelle, a passionate Congolese woman and culinary artist, creates each dish with love, tradition, and the finest ingredients.
Our menu features signature specialties like Goat Meat, Spicy Pork, Poulet Mayo, Gourmet Wrap Shawarma, Chicken Wings, Fufu,
Beef Stew, Egusi Soup, a variety of fish dishes, and hearty vegetarian options.
